Penny was a awesome lady. Such a hard worker and loved her job. Went to her many times when she was a auditor with questions and she always had a answer. Recently she moved to the warehouse and when she worked overtime in the mornings she always worked by me she would be on station 12 and me on 13. I am just in shock as many of us are that she is gone. I breaks my heart. I am so sorry she was taken way too soon. She will be greatly missed. Lisa Russo

I worked with Penny for many years at Rockwell in Coralville. She was a dedicated worker and a good person I can call my friend. She talked about her kids often. She was so excited when Shevel got pregnant with Nova and bragged about her all the time. Prayers go out to the entire family.

I am so deeply sorry to hear about Penny. My parents Dorance and Vivian Sheely were very good friends with Pete and Zona and when we were younger we would go over to their house and play. We always had a fun time. Whenever I would run into Penny after we were grown she would always have a beautiful smile on her face and a light in her eyes. She will be missed.
May she rest in eternal peace,

I met the Rudish family in 1968. They were all great people..Andie and Penny were 2 little skinny girls who road our school bus' Became friends with Penny and Andie years later thru my brother Stacey and his wife Cheryl. Penny was super fun to be around, and the nicest person you could meet, as is the rest of her family. This is so shocking, She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Rest in peace..

Stevie, Larry, Shovel, Wendy, and family, please know we are so sorry. It's so hard to loose someone you love, because it leaves such a hole in your heart. I hope the memories will help fill in some of that hole. Your mom did her every best she could to love, teach, and care for you. We are sorry we won't be back for the visitation, but we will be there in spirit. May God be with you in comfort and strength. Love Aunt Jan and Uncle Gary

We are so sorry to miss the service for Penny. We are happy we got to share Thanksgiving brunch with Penny at the Iowa River Power Co, and see it through her eyes. We never saw her without that welcoming smile and shared laughter just as that picture you chose showed.
Sending love and condolences for all of you.
