Condolence & Memory Journal

I just realized I have a final choral rehearsal before performance at the same time as Virginia's funeral and will not be able to come for her funeral. She was a kind and generous lady. I am so glad that I met her when I directed the Voices of Experience. I probably learned as much from her as I ever have. Thank you for sharing her with us. She and Duane continue to be in my prayers.

Diane and Jon,
Virginia will be missed by all who knew her and by her family and friends. We were so sorry to hear of her passing. Our sympathy to you all.

I enjoyed working with Virginia when she was a volunteer @ the UIHC Volunteer Gift Shop, we became friends, and realized we had other mutual friends as well, we both went to the First United Methodist Church and would see each other to catch up at outside gatherings. She was a special lady and will be deeply missed

If possible please let me know in the Spring if they have any services for her

My deepest sympathy to Diane, Jon and their families over the loss of their mother. I had been in contact with Virginia over the last ten years, collecting data and information from her for our mutual Hall family history.

She was a very interesting lady and always proud of her Canadian heritage. She simply loved 'life', her family and friends.

I hope to hear from Diane at some point to continue discussing our mutual family roots.

With Deepest Sympathy,
Kevin Long.
