Kathy and Family,

My thoughts and prayers are with you at the loss of Virgil. He was a brave and noble soldier and peace officer; but more so, a good friend throughout our teen years, military service, and working together later. Thank you all for being the family he so richly deserved and may perpetual light shine upon him.

Love and Prayers,
Gene Tang & Family
