To all of the Wacker family,

Sending my sincere sympathies in the loss of Merv. I've got lots of memories of our days at Component Homes. Merv had a great sense of humor and a strong work ethic. He often covered for me when I didn't quite understand something at work. Even though I haven't seen Merv or Helen in years I still have fond memories of them. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

To Merv and Helen's kids:

Your parents were such a fun couple. They always could laugh at whatever happened. They and their marriage were a good example to all of you. We got a chance to see them frequently when we were in business in West Branch - they would come out to eat and we would visit.

I remember opening day of phaesant season. Merv and some buddies would come to the farm for the day. My parents always looked forward to that day and dad would do his best to have the corn picked for them.

My deepest sympathy to all of you.
