I will always think of Uncle Bill with a big smile on his face. He was an engaging man who always added to our lives. He will be missed at family functions. My love goes out to Aunt Betty during this time. It is always difficult to lose a husband especially after 72 years of marriage. It is just a blessing that these two people could share that many years together. Rest in peace Uncle Bill....I'll be seeing you down the road! Say hello to grandmother and grandpa for me. You will be missed.

I am one of many that spent the night at the home of Bill and Betty Courtney home on Hollywood Blvd. Bill would drive us out to Fountain Falls on Saturday mornings for Rod and his friends that stayed the night could look and Rod could buy more fish for the aquarium. I probably never thanked you enough for being so understanding to take your time to take us kids to Fountain Falls all the way out in the country (Rohert Road). You were very patient with us boys and all others to help when ever you could.RIP, you will be very much missed.
